The Role
The purpose and remit of the Business Development Manager role includes:
 Development of new business in the South West area to end user organisations primarily in the Corporate Blue Chip sector.

 Ensuring that contact is made at a senior level with key decision makers and that our client is added to the tender list for such contracts.

The Candidate

The Role
The purpose and remit of the Combustion Engineer role includes:
 Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Repairs to Commercial and Domestic boilers.
 Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
 Produce clear and concise written reports in a timely manner.
 Identify any defects found to our client's site representative and Line Manager. Providing a parts list and estimated timescale to carry out remedial works.
 Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by helpdesk team.
 Maintain the professional image of our client at all times
 Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all our client's employees and their clients' representatives.
 Ensure the provision of a Safe & Healthy working environment.
 Accountable to The Regional Contract Manager

The Candidate
 The Combustion Engineer must have 1 plus years experience in this type of position or of a similar role.
 Ideally they will have experience in the Building Maintenance/ Planned Preventative Maintenance.
 Must be Corgi qualified.

 Must be a team player.

The Reward

Our client is recruiting for a Multi Skilled Engineer based in the Stevenage area for their Critical Services Division due to company expansion.

The Role
The purpose and remit of the Multi Skilled Engineer role includes:
 To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Repairs and site cover to building.
 To cover site in Stevenage and formally report to the Contract Manager.
 Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
 Identify any defects found to Line Manager and provide parts list and estimated timescale to carry out remedial works.
 Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by administration team.
 Maintain the professional image of our client at all times
 Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all our client's employees and their clients' representatives.
 Ensure the provision of a Safe & Healthy working environment.

The Candidate
 The Multi Skilled Engineer must have 1 plus years experience in this type of position or of a similar role.
 Experience in the Building Maintenance / Planned Preventative Maintenance.
 Will have a 16th edition electrician qualification.
 Ideally but not essential would be data centre experience.
 Will have a can do get on with it attitude.
 Must be a team player
